Founders Brewing Company is changing its menu following a substantial kitchen and taproom renovation this spring. The new menu caters to those seeking quick bites or last-minute dates, featuring items priced under $10. Designated happy hours and late-night hours are Monday through Thursday from 3 to 6 p.m., Sunday to Thursday from 8 to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 9 to 10 p.m.

“Since we launched our new kitchen and menu in April, we’ve been listening to guest feedback and keeping a close eye on dining and consumer trends,” said Pete Engelhardt, Executive Chef, Founders Brewing Co.

Guests can now enjoy happy hours and late-night menu items, including a classic Coney Dog, Fried Pickle Chips, Loaded French Fries, Boneless Wings, and Fried Cheese Curds.

Alongside the new happy hour menu, the standard menu is also receiving updates. The Cajun Shrimp, Parmesan Chicken, and Honey Glazed Salmon are now available at a reduced price. Kids Chicken Nuggets are also now available, a change from the previous chicken tenders.

In addition to these adjustments, the menu features new vegetarian options, such as Crispy Pakoras, Asian Chopped Salad, Pakora Po Boy, The Gochujang Tofu Bahn Mi, and Tofu Buddha Bowl.

Finally, the menu introduces a Grilled Pork Ribeye and a dessert option, the Beer Float, which allows guests to choose between Breakfast Stout, KBS, or Rubeaus paired with a scoop of Hudsonville ice cream.
