Human resources professional Leslie Fiorenzo has launched Leslie Fiorenzo Enterprises, LLC, a new venture dedicated to enhancing the public speaking skills of coaches and consultants. The business offers tools and training to master public speaking, on-camera presence, and effective networking to promote their services.

Fiorenzo, who transformed her speaking abilities after an early career setback in a speech contest, is now a competent Toastmaster certificate holder, a Michigan Speakers’ Association Professional Track Program graduate, and has experience speaking to thousands of professionals in sales and business.

Her "Find Your Voice" program targets core challenges professionals face, including overcoming the fear of rambling, self-criticism, and discomfort in self-promotion.
