The conference aims to provide incoming freshman student athletes with a safe space to learn about mental health and to give them the tools to navigate their journeys as valued individuals.

In this role, Hawkins will spearhead REC's fundraising efforts, forging partnerships and securing resources to support the organization's mission of empowering West Michigan refugee children, their families, and their schools. 

West Michigan Works! and its Agribusiness Talent Council will host an Ag-For-All Job Fair with a focus on inclusive hiring for veterans, returning citizens, individuals with disabilities and refugees.
