Attorney rejoins law firm litigation practice
Justin Wolber has rejoined Varnum’s litigation and trial practice after serving as in-house counsel at a multinational technology company. He has experience in several areas of the law, including corporate, litigation, intellectual property, data privacy, and mobility matters. Wolber is based out of Varnum’s Grand Rapids office.
Wolber represents clients in both state and federal court in matters including corporate governance and contract disputes, complex commercial and class-action disputes, and intellectual property litigation, among other types of matters.
During his in-house service, Wolber managed, reviewed, negotiated and drafted various corporate contracts and documents while also providing legal and strategic advice on a variety of matters, including data privacy, IP protection and product development. The experience provided him with a unique understanding of the issues facing large company legal departments.
Wolber is a cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he was a staff member of Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics and Public Policy. He earned his undergraduate degree at Ferris State University, graduating summa cum laude with a B.S. degree in Psychology.
