Well Design Studio has promoted Allie Miller as Partner and Chief Growth Officer. With the recent appointment, the studio plans to focus on forming and maintaining partnerships while exploring new related business ventures, growing Well’s development initiatives and expanding services nationally.

“As a former client of Well Design, I was able to get an inside look at the incredible impact they provided to businesses and organizations. This made it an easy decision to join the team,” said Miller. “I am more than honored to use my new role as Chief Growth Officer and Partner to continue to build our community partnerships to a national level.”

A second-generation Mexican American, Miller brings a broad perspective to business expansion and growth opportunities. In her new role, Miller will focus on operations and an internal growth roadmap to ensure her team hits its goals through sustainable and achievable benchmarks.

“When we brought in Allie to our team to grow our marketing services, it was clear she had a real vision for growing our studio across all of our service areas,” said Josh Leffingwell, Partner, Well Design Studio. “As a studio that’s moving out of startup mode, we knew that we needed someone with a lot of experience to provide her vision and expertise to support our studio and our clients.”

Since joining the team in 2021 as an Account and Marketing Manager, Miller has helped to craft and sustain an overall agency growth of 34 percent across service offerings while expanding structural mid-level management systems for future growth models. Miller was promoted to Director of Operations in 2022.

“While Allie’s inclusion in our leadership team may be a recent development for the public, it’s been a seamless integration within our team,” said Tyler Doornbos, Partner, Well Design Studio. “Allie’s commitment to prioritizing our clients and team has long been evident, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to witness her ongoing contributions in her new role. We can’t wait to see how she will further uplift the Studio and our client's experiences.”
