Food manufacturer hires new VP of HR
Butterball Farms, Inc. has hired Rene Buggs as its new Vice President of Human Resources. Buggs brings 35 years of experience aligning human resources with business goals and fostering supportive and empowering work environments.
As a global leader in producing specialty butter for the food service market, Butterball Farms has recently moved into producing compound butter for the packaged goods industry.
“This role allows me to combine my passion for people and culture with a company that truly values its employees, customers, and is focused on the collective good,” said Buggs in a LinkedIn post. “I look forward to collaborating with an amazing team to create a workplace where people thrive and continue our efforts in making a meaningful impact.”
Before joining Butterball Farms, Buggs served as senior-level human resources in manufacturing, dairy production, and finance.
Buggs earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, Business Management from Davenport University and a Master of Business Administration, Business Management from Western Michigan University.
