IP attorney earns global honor for trademark excellence

Varnum intellectual property attorney Staci DeRegnaucourt has been named to the 2024 World Trademark Review 1000, a research directory focusing exclusively on trademark practices and practitioners.

The WTR 1000 identifies the leading professionals and firms that are deemed outstanding at obtaining, protecting, managing, enforcing and monetizing trademarks. It is considered the leading resource for world-class legal trademark expertise for attorneys in private practice. DeRegnaucourt has been named to the WTR 1000 for nine consecutive years.

DeRegnaucourt is one of only seven Michigan attorneys with a Gold Ranking. DeRegnaucourt provides a full range of intellectual property services including trademark, copyright, and patent clearance, procurement, licensing and enforcement. She also represents clients in IP litigation matters and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), the International Trade Commission (ITC), and United States courts.

DeRegnaucourt is a magna cum laude graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, where she served as Articles Editor for Michigan State Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University.
