“We decided to add two new positions to our leadership team in order to better structure the Chamber for continued growth and deeper impact,” said Rick Baker, President and CEO, Grand Rapids Chamber. “Rodney and Jenny both come to us with 20 plus years of experience in their respective fields, which will help us grow the potential of our programs, sharpen our focus on diversifying our members, and broaden our reach throughout West Michigan.”

In addition to strategically expanding its executive leadership, the Chamber has welcomed Jessica Jones as the new Director of Marketing and Events and Claribel Ortiz as the Membership Engagement Manager.

The four new hires have more than 60 years of professional experience in their respective fields.
