Grand Rapids to Host Michigan Short-Term Rental Conference
Entrepreneurs Tony Stancato and Jordan Painter are bringing the first-ever Michigan Short-Term Rental Conference to Grand Rapids. Scheduled for April 18 and 19 at the Embassy Suites, 710 Monroe Ave NW, the inaugural event aims to bring awareness and education about vacation rentals.
"There are so many great vacation rentals and operators in Michigan; we are looking to bring education and share best practices from the best in the business," said Painter.
The conference will feature prominent industry experts from across the country, including some renowned figures from Michigan.
Among the notable speakers is Bill Faeth, a real estate profesional with nearly 30 years of experience. Joining Faeth are the KarWells, Sarah Glidewell and Emily Karnaz. Since 2018, the KarWells have made significant strides in the short-term rental industry and amassed a following on TikTok, where they share their expertise in rental and design.
The conference lineup also includes Steve Trover, former president of the VRMA; Brandon Hall, a specialized real estate CPA; and Sarah Franzen, a seasoned expert in revenue management focusing on pricing optimization.
