With health care employment in West Michigan booming, Holland Hospital is hosting a Career Fair on Thursday, March 6, from 9 to 11 a.m. and 3 to 5 p.m. at Holland Hospital Conference Center, 602 Michigan Ave. The hiring event will connect job seekers with career opportunities within the organization. The hospital is hiring all shifts, including entry-level, clinical and non-clinical, technical, and professional positions for all skill and educational levels.

The Career Fair will feature onsite interviews for select entry-level positions. Attendees will have the opportunity to talk with hiring managers about Holland Hospital job shadowing, on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and remote work options.

Health care employment in West Michigan has grown significantly, outpacing both state and national averages, according to Grand Valley State University's 2025 Health Check. This growth is projected to continue, with registered nursing (RN) positions, for example, expected to increase by 27.5% by 2030.

“Holland Hospital is actively seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our team,” said Erin LaDuke, Recruiter, Holland Hospital. “With onsite interviews for select positions, the Career Fair is a streamlined way to start your health care career.”

Holland Hospital offers a supportive work environment and a competitive benefits package, including generous paid time off, comprehensive health insurance, retirement planning options, and opportunities for professional development.

Recognized for its commitment to excellent human resource practices and employee enrichment, Holland Hospital has received the West Michigan Best & Brightest Companies to Work For® award for 22 consecutive years. This achievement recently earned the hospital the Best & Brightest Brilliance award, a distinction held by only six West Michigan organizations, including Holland Hospital as the sole hospital recipient.
