Real estate investor and broker Julie Grevengoed has launched Porchlamp Property Management. Grevengoed, who also owns Clarity Realty and Greybridge Title, established Porchlamp Property Management to address growing demand and assist investors in navigating the complexities of rental ownership.

“Real estate is something that I wholeheartedly believe in as the very best way to grow personal wealth. At times, would-be investors can be intimidated by the idea of being a landlord and I want to remove that friction, so it doesn’t stop anyone from reaching their financial goals,” Grevengoed said.

Porchlamp Property Management offers a full suite of services tailored to meet the needs of single- and multi-family home real estate investors. These services encompass tenant acquisition and screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and overseeing evictions.

The synergy between Porchlamp Property Management and Clarity Realty is designed to offer comprehensive real estate services, from buying and selling properties to managing them efficiently. Grevengoed hopes the integration provides a seamless experience for clients, supporting them through every step of their real estate journey.

The inspiration for starting Porchlamp Property Management came from personal experience and market demand.

“I have been managing my own properties for years and get requests from people to help them with theirs,” said Grevengoed. “As my portfolio has grown, it has enabled me to have more tools and systems in place, and now is the time to begin saying yes. Investment real estate got me into this industry and will always be something I am passionate about.”
