Driven by a passion for bringing people together over delicious food, Dean and Nikki Laansma have opened a popular charcuterie franchise in Grandville. Graze Craze is located at 4950 Wilson Ave. SW, Suite 60.

“This new career path for us is unique and dynamic with limitless opportunity and we’re so excited to create fresh, artfully arranged charcuterie for locals,” said Dean Laansma, a U.S. Air Force Academy graduate and 20-year veteran of the Air Force.

After retiring from an extensive career in the Air Force, Dean Laansma tried joining the corporate workforce but found himself longing for something different. Alongside his wife, Nikki Laansma, a dental hygienist who loves to entertain and host others, the pair began exploring business opportunities that they could pursue as a team. When they discovered Graze Craze, they were drawn to the prospect of serving their community in an entirely new way.

The Graze Craze menu offers a variety of boards to suit different tastes and dietary preferences, including classic, plant-based, and dessert options. Specialty boards, such as the Game Day and Brunch boards, are also available.

Graze Craze Grandville is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Monday by appointment. For more information, visit www.grazecraze.com/grandville-mi.
